It was there all along

God is always taking care of me. Sometimes, I forget that, and sometimes, it doesn’t look the way I think it will, but I am always taken care of. Always.

I was stressed about the timing of some bills this week that I forgot were due (and beating myself up for forgetting that they were due). I have a buffer in my savings account (thanks, Dave Ramsey!) so I would have been fine. I just really didn’t want to dip into it just because I forgot about bills coming due.

Then, this came today. It covered (within $50!) the bills I had to pay.

All year while I was paying my mortgage, God was putting a little aside for this exact moment. Then, when I decided to turn this whole situation over to Him, I felt a peace about it. Less than an hour later, as I opened my mail for the week, this was there. It was there all along
